You Will Need:
2 scoops HMR 120 Vanilla Shake (or 2 packets)
1+ cup cold water
6 – 10 ice cubes
1 cup frozen blueberries
1TB fat-free, sugar-free Cheesecake Jell-O Pudding
Pour water in blender, less for a thick shake, more for a smoothie. Add HMR 120 Shake, Jell-O Pudding, and frozen blueberries. Mix on low until smooth. Add ice to desired thickness.
